[Click here for a post-solve note from Chauncey] The Chang'e myth has long been one of my favorite bits of folklore, partly since I was born in the Year of the Rabbit. I also enjoy that Moon Rabbit stories show up in so many myth systems across East Asia and beyond; it's heartwarming to think that everyone looking at the sky sees the same thing (like that one Meowth quote from that Pokémon movie).
[Click here for a post-solve note from our editors] In case you missed it, Chauncey's title has an incredible second wordplay element: tù (兔) is the Mandarin word for rabbit, hidden inside the title just like it's hidden inside the puzzle.
